Q. I can't create a guide (가이드 생성이 되지 않아요)

Q: I can’t create a guide.

A: Check the scan data and see if there is a hole between teeth.

   Due to the bugs in guide design function, creating guideline may fail if hole exist in guideline area (geodesic).

   Please avoid hole when setting geodetic line for better results.

       

      

   If you use the following scan data, the guide may not be created normally.

   1) When there are multiple data in the scan data.

      

   2) When there is a large hole in the scan data.

      

   3) When the quality of scan data is poor.

       

Q: 가이드 생성이 되지 않아요.

A: 스캔데이터의 치아사이에 공간이 넓어 홀이 존재하는 경우인지 확인해보세요.

   가이드 생성의 버그로 인해 가이드 생성영역(측지선) 내에 홀이 존재하면 가이드 생성이 실패하는 경우가 있습니다.

   측지선을 설정할 때 홀을 피해서 설정하는 방법으로 하시면 성공율이 높습니다.

       

      

   다음과 같은 스캔데이터를 사용할 경우 가이드가 정상적으로 생성되지 않을 수 있습니다.

   1) 스캔데이터 내에 다중 데이터가 존재할 경우

     

   2) 스캔데이터 내에 큰 구멍이 존재할 경우

      

   3) 스캔데이터의 품질이 좋지 않은 경우
